Grain beetle adults can be up to 3/4″ long and found in flour, cereal, oatmeal, rice and other grains. They live in and lay eggs in and around these products.

Carpet Beetles are scavengers that feed on a  variety of animal products, such as hair, wools, hides, and feathers. There are several varieties of these pests; black carpet beetles and varied carpet beetles are the most common in Canada.
